I love that name! We call her Carissa J. cause J is her last names initial. I totally luv her name! It's like somethig really unique right? I haven't heard anyone named Carissa only my friend.

So what do you guys think of the name Carissa?

she isnt the spoiled rich brat as some of you might think. she is very smart and very hilarious. she has a very good sense of humor. she just lives a very normal happy life. like everyone else here. If you guys can ever meet her you will doubt the bad things you might've said.

I doubted her at first coz of her name. I also thought she was going to be the spoiled one in our school. the brat but well, once i got 2 know her i should've never ever doubted her.

Carissa is a female Greek name meaning "loving".
Clarissa is also a tree or shrub found in Africa and Asia
It's a beautiful name, a very elegant and stately name for your little princess!

It's the most beautiful wonderful name!!!!! It's origin is Greek and it means "beloved." The first time I saw that name was in a baby book of names. I liked it so well that I named my daughter that 24 years ago. We had the most excellent taste when it came to naming our daughters, did we not?? Sweet!!
