Its stress! You're on your way to a break down. If you don't listen to you body and take a break you're going to find yourself in a real jam. Take a break and just rest up.

Sleep is the time the body takes to heal. If you don't get enough then that could be one of your problems. Also a proper diet will keep your system running right. Some times for pleasure outside of work can also do wonders for your body. You probably need to slow down a little bit. This way your body can build up it's strength again. Good luck

Asthma does not normally cause pain in your side. Asthma normally makes it difficult for you to breath.

Stress can do all those things to you I was 7 months preg and working 50 hours a week. You should really take a break some time off and see if that helps first and go from there if it truly is stress then taking time off will let you know, you will have time to relax then for a few maybe.

Oh wow - you need sleep. Stress can give you heart pains - been there recently.
The human body NEEDS 8-9 hours sleep - and you're getting 4 - not good.
My advice is quit one job, scale down on what you think you need, sell what you can to take a way debt (and help pay it off) and learn to live for the day.

Follow the doctors advice and see the internal specialist. It is best to make sure there is nothing major wrong. Odds are that you need more sleep and less stress and your body is just complaining but those things can lead to serious problems as well.

If you have insurance, you should go see a Neurologist. Instead of stressing yourself out about it, go see them and let them rule out the bad stuff like MS, Fibromyalgia, etc... You may have a nerve pinched in your spine or you may have an anxiety disorder. Either way, you only have one body and you HAVE to take care of yourself.

I also agree that it's probably too much stress but I'd hate to have it be something else.

GO TO A NEUROLOGIST!!

good luck

you're not getting enough zzzzz and are working yourself to death. Slow your pace down. quit working 70/hrs a wk. Take time to relax. Get a massage, do something fun for yourself.

Stress will give you an early grave. Nothing in life is worth killing yourself for over a job and no time for yourself.

Take a vacation....relax!

go to the internal doctor because your doctor is obviously concerned if he cant find anything and so sending you to someone else in hopes they can find something....some of those things can be lack of sleep and stress related but wait and see what the doctor says

ONE WORD: CHIROPRACTOR

Find one and get his opinion. Stress is a big factor, but a chiro can help your symptoms a lot. That is what they go to school for. Neurologists and MD will just want to put on meds or do surgery. FIND A CHIRO
