she claims that elizabeth is her friend and that she was hurt that her friend didnt stand up for her. well if rosie and elizabeth r friends then why does rosie just brush of and bury into the ground every opion elizabeth has about politics and religion. dont get me wrong i dont agree with elizabeths views on the war or religion but she has a right to say them and its one thing to disagree with someone its another to just destroy and bury what they believe in.

I didnt see the whole fight but all od a sudden it seemed like rosie brought up the fact that she was a "loud mouthed lesbian" or something and that elizabeth was a "pure christian" Where did that come from? Did rosie just pull that out of her butt to get people against elizabeth?

she has never called our troops terrorists. I feel like this needed to be said; because of all of these silly and uneducated comments I am reading this morning. You people really need to know what you're talking about. The Rosie bashers are doing exactly what Liz does, follow sheepishly without actually knowing what’s going on. Rosie does not support the war, and millions of Americans share her sentiments, but that does NOT mean that she is against the troops.

Elizabeth Hasselbeck is a great example of everything that is wrong in America..."follow the leader but don’t question him" very easy concept in theory, but doesn’t work when trillions of U.S. tax $ are being wasted and dead American bodies become the norm.

Get your head out of your arses folks.

I think ratings will plummet...but I think she did the right thing.

Her problem was she was too passionate about her feelings. I think they stemmed from caring too much. She may have been obnoxious at times but I would rather have her on my side than bimbette Elisabeth.

The revolving door of cast members on this show has been ridiculous... Debbie S. Star Jones, and now Rosie... not to mention the spats between them all behind the scenes. Even if one hated Rosie she still brought more life to that show than it has ever seen. Now it's going to go back to being a lackluster, tea party where the women giggle, and nod their heads in agreement with each other on every topic. What a yawn. I say can them all, and yank it from the air. Clearly, none of them know how to have professional, working relationships.

If you had to go into the war in Iraq, but had to pick Rosie or Elisabeth to be with you, who would you choose? And why?

In his monologue last night Jay Leno said that Rosie will not be back on the view. Do you know any more about it?

never mind R + E... JB's the saving grace of the show defusing tension and tedium w/her comedic asides and comments, and should get an award for weathering the show's stormy weather.

I do!

I respect her because she's honest and she speaks her mind. If you like the vice versa of that, then that's your thing!

At least she makes me laugh...the other three are a snorefest.

Now that Rosie is gone, they could continue talking about what color of paint they used on theirs walls in their houses.

But I don't care coz' I wouldn't be watching that snorefest!

Who do you think would make a great replacement? I personally would love to see Goldie Hawn. She was on a couple of weeks ago as a guest host, and she was fantastic!! So who would you hire to fill the seat?

After hearing about her temper tantrum on The View, I have to wonder- to me she seems like a miserable person set on aggrivating the world. I feel a little sorry for her. Am I the only one?

I personally think that it should not have happened like that on air in front of the whole world becuse it was no professional and there was attacking on both sides of the argument. Regardless of who was right or wrong or who you agree with..it was unprofessional.

but Rosie can leave "The View" and get her OWN show within a month; if LIZ leaves The View, she'll be forgotten-about quicker than you can say 'WMD.'
