she has never called our troops terrorists. I feel like this needed to be said; because of all of these silly and uneducated comments I am reading this morning. You people really need to know what you're talking about. The Rosie bashers are doing exactly what Liz does, follow sheepishly without actually knowing what’s going on. Rosie does not support the war, and millions of Americans share her sentiments, but that does NOT mean that she is against the troops.

Elizabeth Hasselbeck is a great example of everything that is wrong in America..."follow the leader but don’t question him" very easy concept in theory, but doesn’t work when trillions of U.S. tax $ are being wasted and dead American bodies become the norm.

Get your head out of your arses folks.

I totally agree with you. Rosie says what she means and means what she says.
These people that say we should respect Bush because he is president need a reality check! Respect is earned not given just because of titles one carries. I know I will get a lot of thumbs down for this post, but so be it! I don't respect Bush, I am ashamed of him & EH both personally.
I do support my country & our troops. I have 2 loved ones over in Iraq as I write this. Bush & EH do not have any dogs in this fight. It's easy for EH to use football anaolgy to explain this ugly war when she has nothing at stake in it.
History has showed us time & again that whenever there is war involving religion it's going to be a long hard battle for everybody concerned.
I hope one day EH & those like her wake up to realize the sacrifices others have made for her to live in her fairytale family life style she has grown accustomed too.
God Bless Rosie, and Our Troops!

good points, but it takes 2 to tango. As far as this last episode between those two, I think Rosie took the high road by not arguing with Liz, but we well know that Rosie can be and has been a little overbearing where Liz is concerned.

The View will have to get a couple of really good people to make it interesting, because Rosie and Liz have divided the audience, and that will lead to lower ratings. The Rosie supporters probably won't tune back in now that Rosie is gone, and Liz isn't a strong enough host to actually bring in new viewers. I'm not exactly sure why Joy is there. I guess she's just a personal friend of Barbara Walters. She doesn't add very much to the conversations and she's bias and unintelligent.

This Question is like an Island in a Sea of Bullsh*t.
Thank You for putting an Intelligent Informed Voice into the fray.

I agree with you about Rosie's stance on the War and the Troops. She also spends alot of time with the wounded War veterans. And donates money for rehab centers. She walks the walk. That is NOT a Troop Hater.

I to have grow weary from the total lack of civility and ignorance in this debate and the people answering the questions the past week.

Not asking questions is how we got into this D*mn War in the first place.
And it is just plain wrong to suggest that questioning our President or Government is UnAmerican or Unpatriotic.

Might I suggest on Memorial Day that that is EXACTLY what many Soldiers for years have fought for.
Our Freedom to Speech.

Asking Questions is the very definition of being American and is Our responsibility as well.

i think of it may be needed (required by regulation) that the son or daughter of each and every serving member of Congress and Senate serve interior the militia and if a conflict is on, interior the conflict zone. Yeah. probably some or our little ones are killing and terrorizing. i've got considered some cellular telephone vids. that's what the militia and conflict do to the strategies. It occurred in Vietnam. it is going to likely be something those young little ones will might desire to stay with something of their lives. some will grow to be thoroughly disfunctional. individuals are purely not raised this variety. all and sundry on the two facets of the argument might desire to have arms-on journey, get shot at and be near to a minimum of a pair of explosions. there is an old asserting. placed your cash the place your mouth is.

HURRAH, HURRAH......Finally, somone with some common sense talking about Rosie. I agree with you down to my toes. The right wing nuts, of which Elisabeth is one, are having their own little field day over this. And, by the way, you can explain and talk till you are blue in the face (like Rosie tried to do) to these people, they don't care what the facts are. They are only interested in the talking points handed down by the RNC on a daily basis. In the case of the View, the blonde air head got the talking points and then tried to shout them out over everyone else. You know, kinda like a toy robot that gets wound up every day. If you can ever watch her, specifically, you can see how rude and ill-informed she really is.

I was never a regular viewer of that show until Rosie came on last year. I'll check out who the new member will be and hopefully they'll get rid of blonde air head during her maternity leave. Otherwise, this is one viewer the view won't have.

Kudos to you for making that clarification, but you're wasting your time judging from some of these comments I've read. Their heads are too far up now.

Rosie is a moron who should never be on the View to begin with. She will be better off making a complete a** out of herself on her own TV show. She is doing it already on her blog at www.rosie.com. I cannot believe that Barbara Walters could stand her for as long as a whole year!!!!

I couldn't have said it better myself. Although I'm not a fan of Rosie, we do share a lot of the same beliefs. I know she supports the troops, but not the war and certainly not The President...which is exactly the way it should be.

Thank you for posting this, it needed to be said.

How "un-bashing" was Rosie O'Donnell when mocking the gal that won The "Miss America" title. Or maybe it was "Miss USA". I'm not quite sure. She was an alcoholic. Rosie openly bashed her on The View. Why? Because she can!!!!
Also Donald Trump backed her. Rosie is one angry gal. Believe me when I say this.
I actually liked her alot back in the day.

Elizabeth Hasselbeck is certainly not a person to point the finger at and say "Here's what's wrong with America".

With all due respect, I totally disagree with your question....or comment rather. Rosie has become a very angry, greedy, unhappy woman. She is not in government here! Too many celebrities seem to act as such. Her opinion is so absolutely
insignificant as is Elizabeth's.
What are they doing for this world as of late? Anything you are aware of?
Lets talk about Brad and Angelina now.

the show just needs to be canceled.

they cant seem to keep people, I think 4 or 5 women have left and gone onto other things. the only women that stay are the ones that cant make it on their own (Joy and Liz) and who wants to only watch those 2?

The View is done, its over.
