She's just sitting in her living room and laughting her head off.
I like that she hasn't said anything.
It shows what goes around comes around. Remember, Rosie was sort of part of the reason she abruptly left the show.

Star hates Rosie and lost touch with Elisabeth, so I imagine she's having a good laugh. What goes around, comes around. Babs is probably frantic looking for a replacement. Heck, they haven't replaced Star yet! But if I do watch, I like the rotating guest-hosts. A little more variety is good.
