Rosie is a moron who should never be on the View to begin with. She will be better off making a complete a** out of herself on her own TV show. She is doing it already on her blog at www.rosie.com. I cannot believe that Barbara Walters could stand her for as long as a whole year!!!!

If I have to pick a favorite middle aged, lesbian talkshow host, it would definitely be Ellen DeGeneres. I don't care for Rosie as a talkshow host in a group setting...she doesn't play nice with others.
However, if I had to choose between Rosie & Elizabeth, Rosie would win in a heartbeat. She may be loud, abrasive, opinionated, impatient and defensive but at least she's human, thinks for herself and questions what's going on in this world.
Elizabeth, on the other hand, is little more than an overpaid mannequin. Her narrow-minded, self-important, black and white view of the world needs to be gone from that show. If she wants to continue sharing her views with the country, then I'm sure Focus On The Family or the Bush admin could find a job for her.

No...I don't!!! I respect peoples opinions, but she's so loud-mouthed and brassy. She never listens to anyone elses opinions and makes sure that only her big mouth is heard. Plus she's extremely ignorant about the topics she gives opinions on. When she had her own show...she was rude to guests and would interrupt them. I have always liked and respected Barbara Walters...but she needs to distance herself from "The Mouth"...or she will go down in popularity right along with her

I do like Rosie because she tells it like it is. I was on her side when she had that argument with Elisabeth. She might be a little loud but she is a good person who donates alot of her money to charity and truly cares about people.

Honestly I respect her and I must say I would like to meet her in real life (because she's funny), but I think she's too edgy on her stance on a lot of things. She seems to be the "token gay liberal" and while her views are to be respected, it almost seems too classic and she should be careful with her words, considering she's considered a "gay icon", people can interpret & believe all GLBT people are a bunch of radical liberals (though only really ignorant people think like that but considering a large percentage of people in America are ignorant you'd think). She just needs to keep some things to herself sometimes and maybe the issues she takes her side on can improve.

Yes, I do and agree with you except that Joy Behar is one good intelligent person as well....she will be the glue, I suspect, if the View is to continue....I will very much miss Rosie...Rosie and Joy should get their own show....sorry about Barbara, but her career is not ending the way it should...she has been awesome in it...

I don't ever mind someone speaking their mind, but they cannot be effective when their mind is incorrect, unwilling to admit they are wrong, or be willing to allow others to speak their mind as well. Rosie is worse than speaking her mind. She says things that just are not true which makes me think she either has and agenda, which ABC should not play a part, or she is just plain crazy.

No because she can't accept anyone else's opinion if it's different than the one she has on any particular issue. She talks over anyone who tries to share their point of view. I think if she would listen half as much as she loudly talks over people, more people would be willing to hear what she has to say no matter how wrong she may be!
Don't confuse her arrogance for confidence. She really thinks she's the only one who has all the answers.

She was funny and had things to actually say when she had her talk/variety show in the late 90's & early 2000's. But lately when she talks it's like we should only hear what she has to say and if anyone's "views" differ from hers they are forever condemmed....to you know where.
