I'm having a hard time remembering the name of an old television show that aired, I think around 10-15 years ago. It was about mice I think, some sort of rodents. I also seem to recall one frequently exploded, and they seemed to live in or visit some famous US monument, Lincoln Memorial perhaps?

I think it aired prime time on one of the major networks, ABC, NBC, something. I don't think it had a very long run either. I wish I remember any other details, if they come to me I'll update the question. But if anyone knows or has a good guess the name or any details of the show I'm thinking of, please let me know! Thanks guys.

I know they are meant to represent Malibu, but I wonder if it actually is Malibu. The beach houses they show in a low level fly by as transitions between scenes. It looks like the houses are on a little peninsula and there is a bay behind the houses in some of the shots.
