does anyone know the title to a disney show from the 90's in which a teenager made robots? the robots had heads made out of vhs tapes.

You're talking about "Jump,Rattle and Roll" (made by Hanna-Barbera in 1990 and syndicated as "Wake,Rattle and Roll";it was later leased to the Disney Channel in re-edited form). It centered around a kid who had a TV show broadcast out of his basement...it featured a robot co-host whose head was made from VHS tapes.
