Television - 28 September 2007

I'm not sure anyone knows this by name, but once i watched on PBS a wonderful series from the native american's point of view how the white man treated them. Does anyone know the name of that series, I know it was like 2-3 hours each night, several hours long, and years ago. It showed a lot of mistreatment of the native Americans. I just did a quick look at PBS but didn't recognize any, but I haven't had my coffee yet !! thanks

The one where he cathces the bat on Meredith's head? If you dont know the episode ame, do you know what season it is in, or what other things happened in this episode so I can try to find it on the NBC website? Thank you!!

I think that he could be. Remember when Spinelli was at Kelly's and he was adament that Lulu couldn't be with Logan? I think that it would be too obvious for Scott to be Logan's father. A better twist would be for Luke to be the daddy. They could certainly work that angle. Luke disappears on a regular basis so it wouldn't be that much of a stretch.

Does anyone else feel that TV is heading down a dangerous road by creating a show like this? It might seem harmless to some, but could this be just the beginning? Maybe I'm paranoid, but I thought I'd just giving everyone something to think about.

It kills me to hear people dog Sharon, but no one else on the show. Yea, sometimes she plays the victim role but she hasn't committed any crimes. Phyllis has done MUCH worse but people love the scandolous woman. I just don't understand. I think all of YnR characters are liars and cheaters, not just Sharon. So why do people only single just her out?? Um

there was some sort of nighttime news program about a family that moved into a new house and was being terrorized by something in the phoneline or electrical system. The police could not ever trace where it came from and it called itself either "Somi or Sami". It had a really freaky voice and eventually the family ended up moving because it kept calling their house. This was either on 20/20 or Dateline or some show like that in the 1990's.

A strange news ! A man in San Antonio surprised a robber in his home. The thief had a knife and a gun. Instead of panicking, the homeowner invited him to breakfast.
Over a cup of coffee, the would be theif told the man that he couldn't pay his bills and was upset. The man prayed with the robber, who then gave back everything he had taken.
It wasn't until the man's wife came home and realized that part of her jewelry was gone, that they decided to call the police.
I think the man is crazy...what about you?
