It has two different names.
Back in the 1970s, there was a gymnast from Romania by the name of Nadia Comaneci, who used this theme song for her gymnastics floor exercise. It was the theme from the soap opera. After that, they called the song "Nadia's Theme".
However, I have the sheet music for the piano (at least I used to have it) and the real name of the song, is...
The Theme from the Young and The Restless.
The person who stated the composers name is correct, but if he was to look at the cover of the sheet music, he would see that the title page shows both names on it.

Nadia's Theme & it has been the theme song every since the show's debut in 1973. It was originally titled Cotton Dream & was written by Barry De Vorzon and Perry Botkin, Jr. as incidental music for the 1971 theatrical film Bless the Beasts and Children. The melody was later renamed "Nadia's Theme" after the ABC television network lent the music for Romanian gymnast Nadia Comaneci's performance during the 1976 Summer Olympics.
