Can someone give me a short synopsis of what happened last night on the season premiere of "The Office?"

You learn that Jan is living with Michael. Micheal is driving into Dunder Mifflin and runs into Meredith with his car. You learn that Jim dumped Karen and she quit working there. Jim and Pam are hiding the fat that they're dating. Everyone goes to visit meredith in the hospital, and while looking at her records they find out that she may have rabbies and they would have never found out had she not been hospitalized. Michael then takes it upon himself to educate everyone on rabbies and organize a 5K run. Jim and Pam tell the cameramen they're dating and its going "really well" but no one else knows.
While Angela is visiting Meredith at the hospital, she asks Dwight to give Sprinkles, her cat, his medication. Dwight kills her cat and puts her in the freezer. He then tries to justify this to Angela.
A run is organized for rabbies, but most of the money is spent on a large check and a nurse stripper. You really have to see it.

Pam and Jim are dating. Michael ran over Meredith in the parking lot, but it turns out she might have rabies. Michael organized a run to help cure rabies. Pam walked in on Michael in his office changing into race wear, saw him naked. Says the image is burned into her eyeballs. Michael ate a lot of fettucini alfredo before the race to bulk up on carbs, got way sick halfway through the race. Jim and Pam made him finish the race, but he ended up in the hospital with Meredith, dehydrated. Dwight killed Sprinkles the cat, and put it in the freezer. The hash browns had claw marks in them - the cat wanted out of the freezer.
