I really dont see the connection. No, reality shows are not deemed to be intelectual viewing or there to take the place of the 'Open University' but it can still be entertaining.

I am not going to argue the pro's and con's of reality tv but, suffice to say, One can enjoy the programmes without turning into a brain dead moron.

I am an intelligent women, articulate and able to hold a converstion or debate about most issues yet I still enjoy Big Brother. Sometimes its good not to have to work at being entertained, sometimes its good just to sit....and be entertained!

And who gives anyone the right to judge anyway?

During the finale, Saaphyri got a makeover and they took out her weave that was blonde/pink and gave her a new weave that was brown. But when she was commenting on how she felt when she won the prize, her hair was back to the old weave. Did Saaphyri change her hair back after the awarding of the check or did they tape the commentary before her makeover?

This show is not Qauntum Leap
Here are the details that I remember.
This guy has this thing like a compass/pocket watch, he goes back in time to change something in history. This compass is red until he changes the problem, then it turns green. Along the way, he runs into a young boy, maybe a teenager and his dog. The boy had dark brown curley hair. The boy and dog goes along from that point on to help the other guy change history. The show was cancelled when the guy playing the lead was killed on set by a prop gun. Can anyone tell me what this show was called?
