I have been watching this show since it started but i have never seen what is so great about David Caruso, hes a good actor but i dont see why everyone loves him so much, so i guess what im asking is why is he so great and who is everyones favorate person on the show and why.

Horatio Cain is one of those guys who always knows what to do and say. No one is really like that, so he's like a super-hero. I love ol' "H".

We watch CSI Miami but David Caruso drives us nuts.
Take the glasses off, put them back on, turn to the side,
take off the glasses. I like the rest of the cast, but not him.

If you haven't, you must see his performance in "Hudson Hawk". LOL does not do justice to the fact that I am actually laughing.
There is a good clip of Jim Carey doing Caruso on the Letterman show...worth seeing. Just search for it, it is recent.

I like his intense acting. I know that many people don't like his because of his attitude after leaving NYPD Blue (he said that the show wouldn't be a hit without him), but I think he's a great actor.

He reminds me of the guy on Hawaii 5-0. You know subtle and knows everything to the point he is so ridiculous.
