gift for our boss. This year one employee made the statement, "When they give me a raise, I'll give you some money, but no raise - no money". Another employee said, "No, I don't have the money" then went out and purchased and expensive gift for the boss on his own. A major brown-nosing tactic in my opinion. How do you handle people like this. Do we include their names on the card anyway, or leave them off? There are several of us, so if the names are left off, it will probably never be noticed anyway. Advice?
