Ok, I actually have a real question, as opposed to the stupid ones I ususally ask.

Here's the deal. For the last few weeks I've been getting phone calls on a daily basis from a collection agency. Luckily, I'm not the person they want. They keep asking for someone named John somethin...Every time they call I tell them they have the wrong person and they say they'll take the number off of the file and then, like clockwork they call again the next day and we have the exact same conversation.

I finally got pretty p*ssy with them yesterday so hopefully they wont call anymore. But if they keep it up, is there something I can do to get this cleared up and get them to stop calling me? I mean, legally at some point doesn't this become harassment or something?



Any suggestions would be appreciated.
