No it's not possible without adding alcohol to it since Grape Juice contains no alcohol.

No, getting drunk and getting high are NOT the same thing. They are different states of mentality requiring completely different drugs.

Yes..

Leave the grape juice out for a few days...then start drinking glass after glass..

That should do it.

No, not unless it is fermented. Then it turns into wine!!!! Then you won't need glass after glass!!!!
Let us know how much Grape Juice you can handle without either puking or drowning in fluid in your own lungs (it happens)!!

You can ferment grape juice with bread yeast (or naturally occurring yeasts and bacteria) to make some seriously improvised booze but it's easier just to have somebody buy you booze.

Even in prison inmates ferment nearly anything and call it "pruno."

No, the sugar in it doesn't have yeast to ferment with which creates the alcohol that gets you drunk. Sorry.

Well, you can get water toxification that can make you feel drunk. I guess it would be possible, but you would probably get sick first.

No, unless your planning on letting it ferment for a while first, which could take a while.
