I thought I was but last weekend on holiday I was told I was "hard work". I don't really understand this as I had to put up with the person I was on holiday with constantly moaning and being miserable, and then they turn around and start having a go at me. Never mind...

Have you ever refused to patronize a store or restaurant again because you feel that the staff treated you poorly?
I refuse to shop at Burlington Coat Factory because once I stood there for a half hour waiting for a price check. (I know, I should have left, doh!)

Here's mine:

1. I will finish loosing the weight I want to lose (only 25 pounds left to loose - woohoo!)
2. I will finish my degree (I lack 3 classes)
3. I will (along with my hubby) buy a nice house and have a blast furnishing it and landscaping the yard!

So this morning this guy came up to my counter and was just being unreasonable asking for help and stuff...so I told him to get lost. He then proceded to swear at me and I told him to Bite Me very loudly so everyone in the loby could hear.

Then he had the nerve to go and report me to the manager. What's wrong with customers these days?

To all religious denominations (particularly Christians): Do you think it is possible to have a personal relationship with God, yet denounce organized religion?

For example, do you think it is possible to pray regularly, read the Bible and embrace a personal relationship with the Lord, but not go to Church on a regular basis, disagree with some pastor's or reverand's teachings, and/or not be part of a particular religious denomination?
