and i often get tire roations and get them inspected ... but is there a certain mileage that they should be replaced?

i am turning my car in (because its a lease) - and i dont know if i change the tires first (incase they charge me)

Is this simply a case of an (influential) BLACK WOMAN
trying to get a BROTHA' elected President?

When she says Obama is, "the man I believe has a new vision for America." isn't she really saying, "we black people now have the opportunity to get a black man into the White House."?
and disregards the fact that Obama has absolutely NO experience whatsoever that qualifies him for the Presidency?

Is there anything more I can do? My neighbor (downstairs-we live in an apt.) beats his wife. They argue and fight a lot but I hear other neighbors do the same thing the difference is this guy beats his wife. I have heard him shove her into furniture... I can hear her sobbing right now and if I went into our bathroom I could probably make out the words they are speaking quite clearly. Twice I heard her screaming, the way you would if a stranger was trying to murder you and I called 911 (I also called a few other times too) but when the police showed they both opened the door and just said they were sorry for making noise and they were just arguing and when the cops left you could hear her crying and crying. They didn't even try to find out if she is safe. This has been going on ever since she had a baby maybe 9 months ago.

I am going through a hard time in life and several family members feel they have the right to tell me what I should and should not be doing.

Should I send a group letter to ALL of the family telling them to knock it off or just to the offending ones?

Any ideas?
