Yes and it really hurt. But hold your head up high because its not the end of the world. I've always believed in the adage of letting go, if it comes back it was yours. If it doesn't, it never was. But then be glad that you had the courtsey to ask them out and they flatly refused. Life goes on so move on.

It's more like did you ever had anyone say "Yes"! Of course all the time. It's a numbers game! Keep trying and a certain percentage will say yes! Eventually. You may have to lower your standards! :-)

Sure, that happens to me often... I sometimes ask straight girls out.. without knowing they're straight... I've never had a bad reaction, just a simple no thanks or something like that.
