i want to do the 2 4 6 8. but that is WAY to many calories.
can i do like 1 2 3 4? and will it still have the same effect?
or is it better to just stay under 200 everyday??

oh and the 2 4 6 8 is a diet where you eat 200 calories one day then 400 the next, etc. then once you get to 800 you start over.
but i want to do 100 the first day, then 200, then 300, then 400 then start back over.
