i want to do the 2 4 6 8. but that is WAY to many calories.
can i do like 1 2 3 4? and will it still have the same effect?
or is it better to just stay under 200 everyday??

oh and the 2 4 6 8 is a diet where you eat 200 calories one day then 400 the next, etc. then once you get to 800 you start over.
but i want to do 100 the first day, then 200, then 300, then 400 then start back over.

that sounds like a totally worthless diet. You should never eat below 1200 calories. Your body will go into starvation mode and start burning muscle to make up for the calorie intake you're not getting.

If you're going to diet, be sensible about it.
