my essay has to prove how Mayella Ewell is guilty for the death of Tom Robinson, because of the fact that she has lied ot the court and i need help in crafting my thesis statement.

my points are
1) She accused Tom of raping her because of her circumstances. The community would not accept a white woman kissing a black man.

2) It was not Tom hitting her. Toms hand was crippled and the one who actually hit her was her father since he was left handed.

3) Because of her father wanting his status to become higher by winning the case, she is unable to to tell the truth since she is afraid of him.

and do you think the points are not strong enough for my paper? please give me suggestions too.

My friend's birthday is in a couple of weeks and she says she doesn't want to do anything, just sleep through it or something. I think she hasn't had a party since she was really young or something. No way should she be all depressed-like on her brithday... What is something I could do with her and probably one other friend? (she doesn't have a proof of age, so nothing you need to be 18 for)
