Who would give our REVHEAD hate mail?? no one i hope

Yes. But hate mail? Hmmm... I haven't got one yet thank God, and I don't wish to get any. My critics have been sooo kind and I thank them.
I am a believer in the romance and personal touch that goes with writing letters. It takes me back to the good old days when we pour out the deepest secrets and emotions that we hold so closely in our hearts and really take the time to think carefully of every word to express exactly the things that we say.
Every letter that we write then contained the indelible personal impremature that makes each one of us so unique and special. To be really honest, I still keep the letters sent to me by my first girl friend in '88 back in the days when we used to write with the uncontrolled passion of an adolescent lover.
I have tried so many times to part with them, tear them to pieces or set them on fire but I cannot live with the guilt feeling of destroying something for which a person I had loved had invested so much of herself. I read them when I am sad and when I am trying to find meaning to my boring life, and since she was a good letter writer, the words she's written haven't lost their meaning to me.
I also appreciate the time and effort she gave to write in neat long-hand as well as the beautiful stationaries and very lady-like envelope that she used. I also romanticize about the long journey that the letter had taken from her hand until it reached mine. I feel like a very lucky person to deserve this.
Letter writing is a dying art in this day and age of push-botton relationships. If I have magical powers, I'd use it to make people rediscover its beauty and realize what they're missing because the manner we communicate today is very cold and impersonal. I'm just one sentimental fool, I guess..

I love receiving handwritten mail! I detest emails, but unfortunately they're a necessity nowadays. I'm quite an old fashioned girl really, so bring on the mail!! :o)

well i dont enjoy hate mail...but i do like it when people take the time to write. hate mail is fun to respond to though...

i dont think i have anyone that hates me but even hate mail is cool to me because i like to hear what ppl think about me good or bad as long as its true

Yeah I do - sounds silly but I look forward to the postie coming . It makes me feel that I have been thought of...give me a warm fuzzy feeling
