salary, flexibility, environment, company reputation... I have not looked for a job in over 10 years though but if I did, thats what I would look for

few things actually
1. the job spec- whether we can develop ourself or not
2. the pay and the benefits- of course!
3. the environment- clean, fast-past, not too quiet/ loud
oh and yea, few hot guys, maybe *winks*

If I'll like it for more than 2 weeks. hee hee I lose interset rather quickly. However I do stick to my jobs when I get them even though they bore me.
