A Fejoa is a green egg shaped fruit originally from Paraguay (I think). They are quite common in New Zealand but here in Perth they cost about $2 each...

Well I actually really don't like fejoa and so my favorite thing to do is leave them to rot in the fruit bowl. hee hee however my sisters love them and their favorite thing to do is eat them without using a spoon. This looks disgusting as they have to kind of turn it inside out and contort their faces to get their mouths in a position that they can get the fruit out of the skin. Hillarious!!!

I had to look it up. I think you mean feijoa which is a green edible fruit. I have never came across one but if I did I might take a bite.
