Years ago, I was vacationing in Florida and made some friends at the hotel pool. They said that my sister and I have really cool accents? I was raised in Kansas my whole life and don't talk like a hick? I have heard people talk in the South, and New Yorker's and many different Eastern accents, and even natives of California, But do you think people in the midwest have an accent? I mean I think we sound really plain and normal? If you think we do, how does it sound to you? Please describe?

I am going to a leadership conference tomorrow its a time to
see the power and strength of networks - it's all about people influencing people. And I really want to break out of my shell and really go and have fun, meet new people, and rbuild relationships that stick, and learn all that I can. Well the last conference I went to I broke out of my shell, and opened up to my learning partner, and she was a senior and it was like she wasnt really interested in becoming friends, and that is my main goal, and so at first I was discouraged that I opened up for nothing, but I am going to give it another shot any advice on my approach this time around. My goal is to make at least one friend or even an aquantance during this conference.

I am not high maintenance, I am smart and I study a lot. I do not talk so much, but when I get to know a person I do. I dress nice. Usually pretty shirts and jeans. I take showers every day. May hair is brown and curly and I have green brown eyes. I care a lot about my friends and my family, I love to laugh, I like scarey movies, sometimes I make a big deal out of things and I do not have much confidence. But I am loyal and I have a good heart. Would you have to see me?

Question: Should evolution be taught in public high schools??

For many people it’s a controversial subject whether or not evolution should be taught in public high schools, or any public schools for that matter. There are many different views from both the religious and scientific side. This is because the main issue of the debate whether evolution should be taught or not is that many Christians are offended by the thought that the world may have started differently than how the Bible says.

My opinion is that evolution should not be taught in public high school. Scientific discoveries that may someday prove evolution has a right to be taught, but students should not have to learn how the Earth was created and how everything came into place when nobody truly knows. Nobody was there in the beginning and there is not enough scientific evidence to prove that evolution is how we came to be.
