From personal experience....Never let anyone move all their belongings in, in the name of staying, just a few days.
"Friends" have a way of taking advantage, of your phone, sometimes long distance calls.
You will be the only one buying the groceries, so don't let someone come in and eat up all your groceries, then go home and leave you with a bare cabinet.
I care...and just don't want you to be taken advantage of.
Other than that, have fun and enjoy having your own place!!

Lock your doors at night and get to know your neighbors. Might want to get a dog. Even little dogs can alert you to danger.
