I got so many great answers! Thank you so much! I also wanted to add that I started a diet a week ago,I only eat 3 times a day and no snacks ,no sweets,no junk food.I also do yoga,I ve been doing it for 3 years.I think these would help to the others who also wants to quit SMOKİNG!

By the way,I ve read a book explaining damages that smoking causes.That helped me a lot! You can quit too,since 3 days...Over :-)

I remember seeing my favorite aunt cry for several days after the WTC act .... she was 5 blocks away when it happened in another building and had direct vision to it ..... she said what really broke her heart were the people that jumped that day.

Do you start with the front page and read each section in order until you are done?

Do you glance at the front page and then dig out a special section and toss the rest aside?

Do you look at the inserts to see what's on sale?


I read the front page, do the crossword, and then if I have time left, I scan the rest of the sections.

And I don't mean officially, but like when you're angry or so. I sometimes call my cat: King Size Shrimp, Snail, Slug ( it's her shapes when she sleeps), Chicken, Beef-*ss (I'm trying to stop using this one), Kitty Pie, Dolly, Worm, Gal, Crap, Furball.
