I got so many great answers! Thank you so much! I also wanted to add that I started a diet a week ago,I only eat 3 times a day and no snacks ,no sweets,no junk food.I also do yoga,I ve been doing it for 3 years.I think these would help to the others who also wants to quit SMOKİNG!
By the way,I ve read a book explaining damages that smoking causes.That helped me a lot! You can quit too,since 3 days...Over :-)
