Nutter Butter contains partially hydrogenated oil and high fructose corn syrup. Two very bad ingredients. Hydrogenated oil stays in you for a long time and coats your veins. Corn syrup is made from corn waste. Creates triglycerides in the blood stream. Better off with more wholesome foods if you can do it.
I personally won't eat anything with those two on the labels.

Well..of course!!! The cookie part is made of wheat flour and milk and eggs, peanut butter has protein, coffee is good for you...I wish I had some nutter butters with my coffee!!! Have a GREAT DAY!!!
