I am the legal representative to Late Julius (YOUR LAST NAME HERE)who herein after shall be referred to as my late client. He died in March 2005 as a result of heart condition.

Basically,my aim of writing you is to assist me secure the funds left behind by my client before it is confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this fund valued at $3.9million dollars was deposited.

I have a mandate from the bank to present the next of kin to the deceased or the funds will be confiscated and so far, all my efforts to get hold of someone related to this man has proved abortive.

I want you to consider this proposal. If you grant your consent that I present you to the bank as the next-of-kin and beneficiary of my deceased client (since you have the same last name),so that the proceeds of this account can be transferred to you, then we can share the entire proceeds on a mutually agreed-upon percentage.

This entire process will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. However,if this business proposition offends your moral values,do accept my apology. Please contact me at once to indicate your interest.

Ok so...I got to thinking about the old NBC's Circus of the Stars where in order to get more interest for thier shows they had thier stars do circus acts. Well I think the CW needs something like that...so...Guys and girls alike...who would agree with me that it would be very very awesome to have the starts of the CW participate in a "Circus of the Stars" type thing? Or maybe have a hypnotist do a special involving them. I would love to see Kristen Bell (from Veronica Mars) hypnotized to do funny stuff. Who is with me? Who would you like to see on a modern circus of the stars? A knife throwing Lauren Graham? A Tightrope walking Dan Scott? Add your answers..the funniest and most creative wins. Also you can agree with me about Kristen. Flattery works too.

i never understood this question. obviously everyone has a life. it may not be so exciting to one person but that doesnt mean the person youre referring "get a life" to thinks your life is so exciting either. i say live your life like you want, even if someone else thinks its a waste or stupid!

...that someone's had work done, isn't it a bad job? Shouldn't people like Janice Dickenson, Joan Rivers, and Gary Shandling get some money back since their work was botched?
