7up sprite or sierra mist helps, but I found this tea from "Celestial Seasonings" Called tummy mint tea that really works wonders. Also anothe would be this if you have a candy cane boil a little piece of it in water until it completely dissolves. then drink that. Mint of any sort would work though

What works for me might not work for you.
But that said, it would depend on what's your definition of "upset tummy".
Diarrhea? Drink lots of lukewarm water because purging a lot would result in dehydration.
Indigestion? Lukewarm water and antacids and a nap would fix you up in no time.

about 1/4 cup of water mixed with about a t-spoon of baking soda...it'll make you burp really big for a few minutes, but after you're done you'll feel a lot better

drink some warm ginger ale and eat a few saltine crackers. that should settle things down. feel better!
