Seriously? Probably Bush. No matter what you think of the man's politics, he exercises a lot. He runs or mountain bikes almost daily. Thus, his aerobic condition is probably a lot better than that of Clinton. Clinton, bless his heart, can only jog as far as the nearest McDonalds, or so it seems.
