Teach our children and others around not to bully as it is sociologically bad... but we have World super powers such as the UK and USA which do nothing but bully other nations??

you were meant to be at the hospital for the birth of your first child..... they called you to say its coming... so you are driving fast...... you see a small child playing ball with its beloved dog........ the dog runs in the road..... *BANG* no one else but the small child see's what happens.... but your baby is due in little under 10 mins if you stop you will miss the birth...... the child is distraught but your baby mother NEEDS you there...... will you stop??
