For Picture #1...she has short hair, but I think longer hair would be more flattering.
Picture #2...she has long hair and should keep it, it is very feminine!

Long hair, definitely. Short hair only looks good on Audrey Hepburn-type women who have small features and a lovely, long neck. Long hair can look extremely sophisticated, if done right.

In this case long hair is more attractive.If she has any difficulty with long hair in maintaining it and in keeping is free from dandruff and head louse, then she might go in for short hair for a while.
