it depends on wich way you mean that, special as in retarted or special as in special. if it's the second one then yes every body is special because they are unique

i would like to think that someone thinks i am special.....i love to make crafts and give them away as "just because" gifts. There is nothing better than making someone else happpy and give them a smile!!!
