Whom does Dolly Parton think she is- Beethoven??? Boy, I howled when reading an interview where she appears to justify the number of homes she has, because `I know I always have a place to write`.

Geez, there are those of us Dolly, really brilliant writers, who don`t have the dosh to buy multiple homes never mind just one.

I'm 13 years old and the only kind of music I like is all of that old rock stuff. At my age, shouldn't I be listening to all of that new rap and pop crap? I like the odd pop music every now and then, but my favourite bands include:

First of all I read on wikipedia what it's highest note is and then Finale 2008 gave me a different answer so I'm getting a third opinion? Second are harmonics extremely hard to do in sucsession or can a good violinst play an entire melody in harmonics?

I really don't get the appeal of Amy Winehouse. But maybe it is just because I don't like her song "Rehab" and because I find the self-destructive youth of that song and her life very sad. But given the six Grammy nominations, maybe I am missing something. If you like Amy Winehouse, can you give me some insight into why and maybe suggest some other songs that might be better than "Rehab"?

i can't remember a song that i always listened to. it was about a year ago when my ipod with the song was stolen (the song was from my friend's computer and it will be quite difficult to ask her what the song is.) i think the artist/ band name may begin with an "A". it had a very fast beat to it... that;s why i listened to it over and over again in the first place. sorry i can't provide more details :(
