I heard this song the other day and I dont know the artist or song title so hopefully one of you will know.

All I know it is a male singer, sounds kinda country but maybe its not. Either the artists name or song title has the word "black in it" and the chorus of the song starts with "and I"

The chorus kinda sounds like this but I dont think these are the exact words

and i....am better off on my own, better off alone

Please someone help me out. Thanks

I live in San Diego and i'm having a birthday party. Just family. A guy at my work is a DJ and he said he'll do it for $250. But I just want music. Nobody will be dancing. I'm sure that's a good deal but I want to know what is the regular price and how much of a discount he's giving me. I don't even know how much DJ's charge. I'm thinking they charge about 5 or 6 hundred but i'm not sure.

I do Karaoke all the time at bars and clubs. One of the DJ's, the other night, recorded me onto CD and let me have it. It's only me singing one song which was "It matters to me" by faith hill. Could I create a music profile on Myspace and put myself singing on there and use it as networking? I'd really like to get my voice recognized if I could....but I wasn't sure if it would absolutely have to be MY OWN music or not?

The song is new and it is hard rock and it was released about 2 or maybe 3 years ago. I remeber hearing it several times and it sounds a little like Nickelback excepted darker than them. It goes like this: "It seems im falling falling" or "It seems im full of full of everything". This would be so great if i knew the title and who sang it. If you know then thank you very very much.
