WHO SANG THIS SONG IN THE FIFTIES AND SIXTIES? It was not Billy Holiday, she never sang the song and she was dead by 1951.

Okay, Pink Floyd sings this song. I don't know the name but I NEED to know it. I know this part of the lyrics:

"taking away the moments that make up the dog day"

PLEASE, does anyone know the name of this song?

It's a Spanish song that was popular in the U.S. in 1999 or 2000, sometime around then, I'm not sure. I don't know most of it, I just know it sounds something like "mi amour..." and it says that a couple of times. I've got the tune in my head and I would really like to know what it is if it's at all possible with the little that I've told.

I'm making a video for my history fair project on Chicago women in history, so I was wondering if anyone had any music in mind that is not very distracting, but just low-key? So basically I can mute out the sound from the clip, replace it with background music, and narrate? So maybe a balance occurs? Any suggestions on that?

I really like the song and yes the lyrics are about bleeding on a tampon but I forgot the group's name. All I know is that it's a female group from Arkansas.

Well, they can't be all oldies and stuff like that because my school is one of those schools who likes hip hop, R&B, rap, and so on. Some really good songs that aren't so filled with swear words/sexual relations? I know that's mostly impossible to find with the genre of music I'm looking for, and I can't really choose since I barely ever listen to rap, so please help?

I love music and I love to listen to all kinds of emotions in my music.
I have almost every kind of happy music, but it's just not the right kind for what I want when I'm sad.
I'm looking for songs about losing a friend or a family member that you're close to.
I have Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton, and that one seems to come up a lot with the search engines.
So if anyone has and ideas, I would love it if you answered or e-mailed me.
Thank you very much,
<3 Brianna
