I love music and I love to listen to all kinds of emotions in my music.
I have almost every kind of happy music, but it's just not the right kind for what I want when I'm sad.
I'm looking for songs about losing a friend or a family member that you're close to.
I have Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton, and that one seems to come up a lot with the search engines.
So if anyone has and ideas, I would love it if you answered or e-mailed me.

Here are some of my favorite sad songs "Dont Laugh At Me" isnt totally about a loved one passing away but still a great song i think just about everyone fits into that song somehow
"Teddy Bear" by Red Sovine is sad as hell
"Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw
"Holes In The Floor Of Heaven" by Steve Wariner
"Wish You Were Here" by Mark Wills i guess Jamie Foxx has a song by the same name looked up the lyrics Wills and Foxx's version are different songs

"When I Get Where I'm Going" by Dolly Parton/Brad Paisely
"Go Rest High On That Mountain" by Vince Gill
"That Little Girl" by John Michael Montgomery is a very heavy song about a man and woman that have a daughter never pay attention to her parents are druggys and alcoholics things get crazy man kills his wife one night all drunk then kills himself all the while the little girl was hiding behind the couch and witnessed it

It's a beautiful song that talks about losing someone you love. I listened to it a million times after my husband died.
