Building Songs???

Question

I love the songs that start slow with a piano or acoustic and pick up as they go along like Freebird by Skynyrd or Bright Lights by Matchbox 20 I think they are refered to as building songs but I may be wrong . What are you re Favorite Building songs I want to make a file of just those songs.

Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture is the best example of this that I know. In terms of more contemporary music, I love Requiem by the Tea Party, and Sentient 6 by Nevermore.
