I know this sounds like a weird question to ask, but the titles of songs written by Panic! At the Disco don't match the song at all. Why are the titles so long and irrelevent?

What is the name of the song in Forrest Gump playing in the scene where Jenny is high and standing on the ledge?

Also, there is a commercial for a compilation CD called "goin south" and it is the last song playing on the commercial.

It has a really catchy guitar solo.

Ok I have no clue what the words are, but the song is played frequently on BPM (Beats Per Minute) on XM radio. It's a girl singing, and in some parts of the song she says "GO GO." Usually the BPM website has it's weekly top 20 or whatever, but right now it's only showing the top 81 of 2006. I listen to the station at the gym and it doesn't give artist or song info. Any ideas?? I know it's not much to go on. It has to be pretty popular because it's on all the time. It's a dance song and pretty fast paced.
