My mother just got me a new clarinet it's still a student model, Gibson-Baldwin Epoch. I would like to know if this brand is any good? It's way better than my 6 year old Selmer , but I'd like to know if it's a good brand to be playing....as a high school student. I'm trying to save up for a professional model also. What brands are good? What mouthpieces would you recommend? I've been playing for 6 years. I'd also like to know what reeds you like... I prefer size 4 Mitchell Laurie reeds. Also what brand and style of ligatures are good. I'd really like to go and try different mouthpieces and clarinets and ligatures and such. I would really appreciate your help in this, I'm very serious about my playing and would like to have good instruments and parts to play on. Also what reeds to you recommend for Alto sax?

Johnny formed Public Image Limited after the Sex Pistols and then did solo music after that. My question is why did he change his music style so much when he was in PIL and solo? The music he did is alright but nothing in comparison to the Pistols.

i'm thinking bout kicking the drummer out cause she isnt doing her share and omly me and my boifriend are by getting our insturments,and she(drummer)wont tell her parents that shes in the band,until the band is famous,but how can theband get famous when she didnt tell her parents,uggggg........i still need to find a base player and she(drummer)is getting on my nerves i told her 10 times to tell her parents and ask for a set of drums,but she still hasent done it,and me and my biofriend are coming to a desion,but were not sure yet,cause we didnt find a back up drummer!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all of the tracks on the documentary are clearly from the LP like - 'The Beat' and '5 Elements'. But there is one track that plays at the point when they show the newspaper clippings from the album sleeve and M-1 raps over it 'Got to get that Dollar'. It's not on the LP and the beat sounds like Scribe, from New Zealand's, 'Not Many' (listen to on www.scribescribe.com). Any ideas what the track is called and where I can get it?
