i'm thinking bout kicking the drummer out cause she isnt doing her share and omly me and my boifriend are by getting our insturments,and she(drummer)wont tell her parents that shes in the band,until the band is famous,but how can theband get famous when she didnt tell her parents,uggggg........i still need to find a base player and she(drummer)is getting on my nerves i told her 10 times to tell her parents and ask for a set of drums,but she still hasent done it,and me and my biofriend are coming to a desion,but were not sure yet,cause we didnt find a back up drummer!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well tell her specifically "look we aint getting famous anytime soon(soory its the cold hard truth) so either you get drums and tell your folks or your gone" sure she may get pissed but better chanceof succeding! well best of luck to you and for all u know she may just quit! hope one day i can buy a cd...lol

Can she even play the drums? You didn't mention if you had a set of drums that she plays on for now. If she's not putting any effort into the band, then by all means kick her out. A band is all about everyone working together for a common good. It'll never happen unless EVERYONE is putting out 100%. Before you get any other members of your band, make them understand about the commitment. Best of luck to you.

Obviously she isnt that great if you are posting here asking this question... If you had "the right" drummer you wouldn't think twice about whether or not to keep them.

Depends on her talent. If she's pretty good, talk to her. If she's bad tell her about what you are thinking about doin, and if she is still doin it then that decision is up to you. Hope I helped. ;-)
