I guess I already have my answer..

but I've been digging these cats since I saw them in a local bar back when everyone was still fawning over grunge and they were flying the punk (albeit pop-punk) flag. I wouldn't say they've ever been my favourite - but I've found them to be consistantly good and listening to them now and in light of their most recent album and powerful video - I really think, when we look back at these years, these boys will be the real stand-outs of the generation.. so I have to say, thank the stars for ________________ ?

I like the Telecaster but the Gibson SG is awful nice too. Come now you string benders, help me out here if you can please! P.S. I'm really not very good ( Wow, I'm being generous with myself at that! ) so a starter is what I'm looking for.

Sadly it's too long for yahoo to post it all so I'll half to put it in halves. Here goes.

Walk this Road of Love

This world has become
Something hard to see
Leading fear to the some
Who wish to love free

We know it won't change
Please don't be ashamed
Baby if you think you're strange
No love can be blamed

We'll walk side by side
In the day and rain
Love shouldn't ever hide
They're all just afraid

We know it won't change
Please don't be ashamed
Baby if you think you're strange
No love can be blamed

I know it's hard to live your heart
Even family won't understand
Take my hand and we'll part
From the hardness together, and

Walk this road of love.

Not including Fall Out Boy. I'm looking for bands that have a kind of theatrical theme to them like Panic! Where you can hear all the words pronounced clearly. Sorry it's hard to explain. I'll just go with theatre-like. I like the whole vaudevillain thing with Panic! , so I was wondering if people knew more bands. I heard one last night when I was out but I have no idea who it was.

THIS GUY IS SOOOOOOOOOO CUTE

I was blinded by the lights
I saw the reflecting in their eyes
It blinded me from the sea
Of everybody's smiles
And I was young and best
So I'd thought I'd test the night
Yeah I thought that we can leave before the lights fell down
I wasn't listening
So carry on young gentleman
I have done all that I can
I have done all that I'll stand for..
Carry on young gentleman
I have done all that I can
I have done all that I'll stand for..
We left after dark, the sun had fallen for the moon and all the moments race
It's going way too fast it's way too soon
So I sat alone
Just for a moment they came back and now I'm stuck right here
Reeling in the slack now from my previous nights

So carry on young gentleman
I have done all that I can
I have done all that I'll stand for..
Carry on young gentleman
I have done all that I can
I have done

What do ya'll think of Black Label Society's music? I love them, have always been a fan of Zakk Wylde, I just love his voice. Also, if you're a fan - what's your favorite song by them? Mine is Damage is Done...

And yeah, this is just a stupid question - but oh well ;-)

Do you like Madonna? if so which song? I think Madonna is a true American icon, she has managed to keep herself in the business for 24 yrs. Just when people think she's over, she proves them wrong. Her , cynical, daring, erotic, provacative, shocking talents keeps her on top of the chart. She's the #3 in the wrold selling more records and CDs, right after Elvis #1, The beatles#2.

What do you think?
ps. Britney spears said at one point that she wanted to be like Madonna, I think she will never by like Madonna.

I can't believe it. I checked the nominees for this years VMA's, and not one category had mcr. AFI ,green day, fallout boy, and the red hot chili peppers were nominated. I'm mean at least they could have nominated for best song or rock video for 'ghost of you' Don't you think?
