ive been at guitar for a year now and ive gotten pretty good. im getting a bc rich warlock for my christmas and my favourite tuning is drop c coz you can play some good and heavy stuff with that. my question is what is you favourit make of guitar, what is your favourite model, what is your favoured tuning and what kind of style do you play best?

Anybody out there like early 90's alternative music? I recenlty heard that such bands as the Screaming Trees, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Mud Honey, Meat Puppets, Pixies, Jane's Addiction, Breeders, Eric's Trip, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth, Belly, The Melvins are now considered bands that suck. Sure, it's ten years gone, and the music industry (now more than ever) is all about selling gloss rather than thought... But when will people (youth culture) actually form an underground movemnet that will toss the mainstream off course. I hope soon... But at least bands like The Roots and Chilli Peppers are deemed 'cool'. I hope they inform people to wake-the-f@ck-up and get out there and spread some good music. That is all friends. Let me know... And any musicians (as I am one, if ye can't tell yet), give me your input. Have fun, discuss... Cheers....

I've been to a number of live concerts put on by the Moody Blues...and that's when Ray Thomas was still with them. What I'm looking for is a recording of Ray Thomas's solo flute performance in that song about Timothy Leary..he plays for what...five or more mintues...just incredible. I've looked everywhere for this...does anyone have knowledge of this tune? And where I can get it? Thanks.
