i think they do. they respond to other sounds, so why not music. my dogs get crazy when music is turned up loud. so i'd have to say yea.

I had a dog once that used to like to sing,,, and it was more of a howl than a bark, so he had the idea, and used to do it when we wouild be playing music.

I have a cat now,,, that was a feral cat,,, and she would come close to the window from outside when I was playing music, and then go to my neighbor's window when she was playing the violin.

Some cattle ranchers play music in the barn for the milking cows.

Yes of course, I've read somewhere that "cows" make much
milk when classic music is played for them!

they sure do. i have a cockatiel and he loves to sing along with music. particularly gospel(my dad listens) and choral(i'm a vocalist). he also sings with me when i practice and then oustings me. i've noticed that animals don't mind music, they just don't like it loud. it hurts their ears. i also have a cat, he seems to favor acoustic and alternative music.
