Why has tablature for guitars become so popular? I know how to read music for being apart of music for so long. I find tablature to be irratating. The only information you get is the note.

Thats not everything you need, you also need the duration of the note for starters.

Are there no websites where a database is that stockpiles staff notation of the music that we all love so much or is everyone so illiterate about staff notation that they have to use tablature?

Yeah I remember back around 2002 or something that they had like 2 hit singles in the US and I remember that they performed at the MTV awards and they had like a whole bunch of girls kissing then throwing thier shirts in the crowd. Then they like went chrashing down because the public found out that they weren't really lesbians.

I can't remember their name though.

What a band! when all about us is talentless female 'ooh ooh baby bands' under the misconception that they are RnB, 'THE WHO' were RnB(Rhythm and Blues) poncey girl bands ..just aint.And let's not even mention(but here goes) gay bar sad bastard boy bands, whose only talent is tieing up their shoelaces and and applyin lipstick.....what has happened to music?.....stop buying the crap and get a grip...........the only band for ten years that are any good are the 'Darkness'....and a few Graham Coxon tracks.......please don't reply if you're under 17,as you know jack **** about anything anyway.
