If the federation(Star Trek)were at war with the Empire(Star Wars) who would win? Please answer based on technology. Most people rekon that because of the 'force' the empire would win. but I think that this is a copout?

I'm asking because I've always been interested in trying, but I can't go for it for at least three more years, because I don't live in California or the Northeast, and won't be able to until I finish college and start Medical school. I'm in my early 20s now, if I start looking for roles at 26 or 27 will I be too late? I hear most people who make it in acting start quite early. I look very young for my age (like 16-18) and am very good looking, won't that help?

On the sci fi channel I once saw this show or movie (I don't know if it was an episode of a show or a movie but it it was a movie, it's not the kind that would be released in theaters) about a man who's been blind for a long time, but the doctors give him some kind of medicine that returns his vision.

However, he starts seeing this mysterious woman who nobody else can see, and to start with, he can only see her and not hear her, but eventually he is able to talk to her and her talk to him. (Even though no body else can see her).

But then it turns out that the type of medicine they've given him allows him to see this kind of supernatural stuff, but (if I remember correctly) it only works on someone who's been blind, and at the end he dumps all the pills and he goes back to being blind.

If anyone knows what the name of this show is called, I'd very much appreciate it. :)

I saw the Shining which made by Kubrick something that made in 1980. This movie is amazing one I ever seen. Almost great acting, sweet plot, but not very scary! well, those twin girls are creep me out alot. But I want this movie to be best horror movie I ever seen and how do I scare of next time of watching the shining?

The movie was in theatres last winter, the kids can see ghosts but the parents can't and they move to a farm. In the preview the mom is making the bed and the kid sees the ghosts legs. THANKS!
