I LOVE Callie & Arizona from Grey's Anatomy, and if I had to pick they would be my favourite. They've gone through so much together and still managed to pull through! Let's see, they survived a shooting together, Callie got in an accident while pregnant and still survived with Arizona by her bed at all times! I love them. Not to mention after Arizona dumped Callie and moved to some country in Africa, when Arizona came back she fought to get Callie back even though Callie was pregnant with someone's child. On top of that, Arizona still fought for her when she found out Callie was pregnant and now mothers the child with Callie. Ugh I could go on and on about them. I also really like Emily & Maya from Pretty Little Liars.

I don't remember the name of the movie or the characters, but they were teen-agers in "gay rehab". At the end the cheerleader gives this sweet little cheer to her girlfriend and they run off together. "One, two, three, four, You're the one that I adore, Five,six,seven,eight, Come with me and be my mate."
